Luis

Luis has pursued a new opportunity and not with Anthony & Sylvan

There was a work order scheduled by Luis for your deck repair. Randy called them directly today and will get them out to your site tomorrow.

Will there be any issues getting into the yard?

OK
Thanks

I don’t see a leak in the pictures do you have any better pictures?

First the meter had to be upgraded before we could have the gas turned on and then it turned out that we already had an upgraded meter. And then someone from Anthony and Sylvan turn the gas on at the meter but not at the pool equipment.

So we called again.

Then someone came out to, I believe it, bleed the line, and turn on the gas/heat at the pool equipment.

He said the electrical circuit had been tripped, but that everything was working.

It wasn’t.

Manual came today and again the electrical circuit was tripped but he turned it back on and it’s supposed to be heating right now, so will check later but the temperature hasn’t gone up in about two hours.

Also, please explain why we can’t heat the pool in the spot at the same time?

Your heater is not heating most likely because the gas has not been bled. Manual will be by today to bleed the gas and check in the leak.

The leak detection people can’t even come out until December 6. I haven’t even had my pool working properly ever yet in addition to all of the delays and problems we’ve had.

If you have the heater on in pool mode it will heat the pool and the spa. If you have the heater on in spa mode it will only heat the spa.

I was told that the heater was working when Manual left your house. I would have to ask him as to why it is not working.

It is because all equipment is a warranty claim once we start the pool in order to address parts to fix it vs material repair.

Can we step up the “warranty work”? I have yet to have a pool that works properly and have already missed one holiday season, the whole entire summer, and now another holiday season. Randy, please refrain from replying that I should be happy that I have a hole in the ground with the water in it.

Again, I am restating my objection to having all of tis moved into a warranty issue when the pool was not completed.
