I’ve been exceptionally patient but I need to escalate this as far as I can.
To simplify things and let you know where things stand:
- I started building the pool with Anthony and Sylvan in March of last year.
- I had already had one bad experience with a pool company as they kept sending the permit application to the wrong jurisdiction and were sloppy – I mentioned this as I had explained to my AS salesperson that they had to have experience with the City of Piney point. I was assured you had.
- You submitted the engineering drawings to Piney Point and they kept getting rejected. Piney Point was very specific each time about what needed to be changed or added. It went back and forth for MONTHS and was literally just approved in November.
- Our project manager (Omer) left in December. No one informed us until we had tried to reach him numerous times.
- Our new project manager is Luis.
- Things were going fine until early January when the plumbers decided to go off plan and route the area drains differently than the plan that was approved.
- New plans had to be submitted to match the work that was actually done
- We’ve now been stuck with a war zone (which our neighbors have commented on many times) in our yard for 2 months.
- The new plans that were submitted a couple of weeks ago were denied once again.
In the meantime, I had an outdoor kitchen waiting to be delivered and installed and they are losing patience with the delays.
My dogs have been unable to use their yard for months.
There are trenches all over the yard front, back, and sides, which are a liability.
Our costly artificial turf on our side yard has been rolled up for months. That was the alternative dog spot while the pool was being built and is unusable now. We also don’t know that it will be restored to its original form once the pipes are covered.
Luis said there would be a small trench along our driveway but it’s literally everywhere and crosses the whole yard.
I’m sending this for background but would like a phone call.
